From humble beginnings nearly forty years ago,

TMS, Inc. has established itself as a leading provider of total mechanical solutions for customers large and small, in all areas of physical plant maintenance, construction and installation.

We’re a strong, family-owned company focused on delivering the mechanical solutions that support our customers in the consistent delivery of quality products and services to their customers.

A second generation of Cashens, infused with the work ethic and integrity of their father John Cashen – the company founder –now have more than 120 years of combined experience in the business.

Company President Joe Cashen and Vice Presidents Dan and Pete Cashen have grown the company exponentially by expanding services, capabilities and the scope of the business.
